Introduction
Most teams tolerate inefficient processes as part of the job. This course shows how to find the causes and fix them. You will learn practical mapping, measurement, and redesign techniques. The focus is on steps you can apply immediately to reduce delays, errors, and rework.
Objectives
2. Measure process performance and calculate baseline metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput, error rate).
3. Design a future-state workflow that defines roles, handoffs, SLAs, and simple error-proofing.
4. Evaluate and scope straightforward automation or tooling opportunities and estimate their ROI and implementation risk.
5. Produce a 90-day improvement plan with governance, KPIs, a pilot approach, and an internal communication checklist.
